SINDA

At SINDA, we have conducted multiple programs under multiple departments. Under the Family department, we have had multiple runs of our Youth Leadership Camp Program. This is a 2 day 1 night program that has been run at Sentosa. Participants go through experiential leadership as they encounter high elements, working together with new friends (unlike schools where they are grouped with their classmates) and master different stations together. As much as they have fun, these students realise the importance of leadership to bring a team together and work together well. Students are taught the importance of being proactive in their mindset. They are shown the qualities of a leader and encouraged to be a role model for all their peers.
