At Lagardere Travel Fashion, we conducted a full day Team Building Program for the new team that was formed. This program was designed to let the new team members get familiar with one another and build a strong bond before they embark on their new tasks together. It also included an interesting theme where teams had to collect points so that they can accumulate various materials that would empower them in their final challenge of an EGG DROP!
